So I thought it would be a good idea to gain some basic computer programming knowledge just so I am a bit more computer savvy. Having looked into several very expensive courses, I discovered FutureLearn were rolling out a seven week course. I have already done a couple of FutureLearn courses so didn’t hesitate in enrolling. Unfortunately, the challenges are huge! This first week is setting up my laptop and Android device for the game that we will be changing later on in the course. However, it has been one complication after another and whilst I am sure this will add to the learning experience it is very time consuming. Today’s delight has come from the lack of a driver on my laptop for my phone and at this stage finding one is proving to be impossible!
But I don’t quit. I will find a way round this – somehow!
